My deoxygenated blood, forced backwards into capillaries - That's what makes a person's skin tone go from a caramel tone - to "white as a ghost." 10-15 minutes into hypothermic circulatory arrest. I had to have been taken into the river's current for at least 10 minutes, but

I think a lot of people need a some sort of message, so to speak. Whether it be a reminder to keep moving forward, or a subtle, "It'll be okay." at the end of a long day. Perhaps even some tough love.
Whatever it may be, sometimes we'll receive that message a hundred times over, from our peers or family - and it just doesn't register. But then some complete stranger shoots a sentence you're way, telling you - you're something to be noticed, and you feel like..
You are an individual, unlike any other & there will never be another one of you.
I guess that's why I write. I figure - if I throw together some.. thousands of sentences. A few of them are bound to shed some light on a dark day.
